At SeatPick, we’re revolutionizing how people buy tickets to live events worldwide — building a global secondary ticket marketplace that makes ticket buying safer, more transparent, and easier for millions of fans across sports, concerts, and major events.

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Digital Media Buying (Growth Architect) to build and own SeatPick’s paid acquisition infrastructure from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role where you will architect, implement, and scale a modern, AI-driven paid media engine that directly impacts company revenue.

What You’ll Own:

Build and Own SeatPick’s Paid Acquisition Engine
- Design and implement scalable account structures and growth frameworks from zero
- Build automation and AI-driven workflows for campaign creation and optimization
- Establish best practices for performance, structure, and scalability
Lead High-Intent PPC and Multi-Channel Strategy
- Own Google Ads as the core acquisition channel (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Scale Microsoft Advertising and paid social channels as supporting growth drivers
- Align channel strategy with real-time demand and marketplace dynamics
Drive AI-First Performance Optimization
- Leverage automated bidding, predictive signals, and AI-based campaign types
- Use generative AI to accelerate ad copy, creative testing, and experimentation
- Continuously improve workflows using scripts and automation tools
Own Budget, Forecasting, and Business Impact
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and scaling decisions across global markets
- Optimize toward POAS and CLV/CAC, not only short-term ROAS
- Translate performance trends into clear growth and investment recommendations
Build Measurement and Tracking Infrastructure
- Partner with product and engineering teams to design advanced tracking solutions
- Implement server-side tracking, first-party data integrations, and signal optimization
- Ensure accurate, scalable, and future-proof performance measurement
Run Experimentation and Cross-Functional Growth
- Lead structured experimentation across landing pages, bidding strategies, creatives, and audiences
- Analyze performance by event, geography, category, and margin
- Work closely with product, data, and commercial teams to drive aligned growth

Requirements:

3–5+ years of hands-on PPC experience managing meaningful monthly budgets
Deep expertise in Google Ads Search, with strong experience in Shopping and Performance Max
Strong understanding of multi-channel performance acquisition, including Microsoft Advertising and paid social
Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and BI tools (Looker Studio or similar)
Proven experience implementing tracking systems, data integrations, and performance measurement frameworks
Hands-on experience working with automated bidding strategies and AI-driven campaign types
Experience using generative AI tools to improve workflows, testing, and execution speed
Ability to operate independently with full ownership in a fast-moving startup environment
Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative mindset
Comfortable working in a high-impact, high-accountability, and fast-paced environment
