The draw for the UEFA Euro 2024 finals has been completed, and we now know the paths for each and every team involved in the tournament.
The draw ceremony, held in the German city of Hamburg on Saturday evening, saw England placed in Group C alongside Denmark, Serbia and Slovenia.
There were a handful of stronger teams to avoid in the group stage, among them Italy and Croatia, and England managed to do just that.

Those who have tracked the England national football team in recent years will feel that advancing to the knockouts should be fairly routine for the Three Lions.
Gareth Southgate recently celebrated the seventh anniversary of his permanent appointment as England head coach and there has been undeniable progress during his time at the helm.
England reached the semi-finals at the 2018 FIFA World Cup before narrowly missing out to Italy in the Euro 2020 final. A quarter-final exit to France at the past World Cup fell below expectations and now Southgate must take his team all the way at Euro 2024.
We have a look at the group awaiting England next summer:
Serbia vs. England – 16 June 2024 – Arena AufSchalke, Gelsenkirchen

The Three Lions open their Euro 2024 campaign with a clash against Serbia. These teams have never shared a pitch, at least not since Serbia restored independence in 2006.
England faced the Serbia and Montenegro national team in 2003, a friendly played at the newly-built home stadium of Leicester City. Steven Gerrard and Joe Cole were on the scoresheet in a 2-1 win for England.
Denmark vs. England – 20 June 2024 – Frankfurt Arena
Denmark vs England Euro 2024 tickets are available with SeatPick, starting from £239.
England have more history with Denmark than with either of their other two group opponents. The sides have met on no fewer than 22 occasions, most recently in the semi-finals at Euro 2020.
Mikkel Damsgaard struck a thunderous free-kick to put the Danes in front after 30 minutes at Wembley Stadium, though England soon equalised before Harry Kane netted the deciding goal in extra-time for the Three Lions to advance to the final against Italy.
England and Denmark met in the group stages at Euro 1992. They played out a goalless draw in Malmö before the Danish Dynamite went on to win the Championships for the first time.
The teams also shared a pitch in the Round of 16 at the 2002 World Cup. England cruised to a 3-0 win – with goals from Rio Ferdinand, Michael Owen and Emile Heskey – before losing to eventual champions Brazil the following round.
England vs. Slovenia – 25 June 2024 – Cologne Stadium
This encounter will be the seventh competitive meeting between England and Slovenia, and just the second at the finals of a major tournament.
They previously shared a group at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa; Jermain Defoe scored the decisive goal in a 1-0 win for England.
Since then, they have met only in qualifiers for Euro 2016 and the World Cup two years later.
As the final game in Group C, this clash may have huge ramifications for the destinies of both teams involved. Get your England vs Slovenia tickets with SeatPick today.
Advancing as group winners would see England then face a third-place team from Groups D/E/F.
Group D, for example, comprises of France, the Netherlands and Austria, meaning there may easily be an exciting last-16 clash at Arena AufSchalke on 30 June.
Something particularly unusual about the forthcoming tournament sees England enter 2024 with a couple of their star players representing huge European clubs outside the United Kingdom.
Jude Bellingham has enjoyed a sensational start to life at Real Madrid, while Harry Kane is firing in the goals for German giants Bayern Munich.
A chunk of Premier League-based England internationals are also excelling, namely Arsenal star Bukayo Saka, Phil Foden of Manchester City, and Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Southgate, 53, has heaps of talent at his disposal and time is running out for the England manager to deliver silverware.
