Ticket Data Reveals When Liverpool Fans Think They’ll Win the Premier League

The March international break is over and whilst it was not without its highlights, including some superb two-legged Nations League ties, the bread-and-butter of league football is back.

This is it. The final stretch of the 2024/2025 Premier League season will see all the key league placements confirmed in April and May.

Liverpool have dominated the Premier League this season and they return to action with the small matter of the Merseyside derby against Everton next Wednesday.

From Three Potential Trophies to One…

The Reds, who have been so impressive under Arne Slot in his first season at Anfield, hold a 12-point lead over Arsenal as well as better goal difference.

A fantastic season for Liverpool has though come down to just one trophy. Before the international break, an epic penalty-shoot-out defeat to PSG saw them exit the Champions League. They were also largely outplayed in the Carabao Cup final against Newcastle United.

With one trophy left to play for, Liverpool fans are now scouring the fixture list. First off, to confirm that Liverpool will indeed win a 20th top-flight English title, and when that might happen.

Demand for Liverpool tickets is off the scale at the best of times, and there are no shortage of Liverpool fans across the planet hoping to make one of the remaining key matches.

Liverpool Could Confirm the Premier League Title at Home to Spurs or Arsenal

Both Liverpool and second placed Arsenal have nine games remaining. They play each other on May 10, the third last game of the league season. The Premier League title race will likely be over before then though.

There are 27 points to play for. With a 12-point lead, and presuming Arsenal win all their games, Liverpool need five wins to secure the title, especially with a superior goal difference.

Liverpool fans will certainly be looking at games against Everton, Fulham, West Ham and Leicester City as very winnable before that clash with Tottenham.

Arsenal also have a comfortable looking fixture list, besides the trip to Anfield. The visit to Everton could be a banana skin whilst the Emirates clash with Brentford – coming in between two of the games with Real Madrid – means that could also be tricky.

As a result, the home games with Spurs and Arsenal are looking like very popular games for Liverpool fans to grab tickets for. (Bear in mind, that the date and time for the Arsenal game could well change, due to TV considerations & the Gunners run in the Champions League.)

There is also the small matter of a trip to Stamford Bridge for Chelsea vs Liverpool, which is also possibly the game the Reds confirm the title.

Tickets to see Liverpool vs Spurs are starting at over £300. With Liverpool vs Arsenal tickets no cheaper than £443.

Liverpool vs Crystal Palace Tickets in Enormous Demand

When Liverpool last won the Premier League, in 2019/2020, they lifted the trophy in front of an empty Anfield due to COVID-19.

Which means you have to go all the way back to 1990, for the last time Liverpool lifted the top flight English trophy in front of their adoring Anfield crowd.

Whenever Liverpool are confirmed champions they will lift the trophy against Crystal Palace on the final day. And, demand for this game is enormous.

Not only is it the day Liverpool lift the Premier League trophy, but also potentially the final game at Anfield for three legends: Mo Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold. All three are out of contract at the end of the season.

Ticket prices to see Liverpool vs Crystal Palace begin from a whopping £1,377.
