If your event was postponed, your tickets will still be valid for the new date.

In case your event was cancelled, you will be able to get a refund. In some cases, we will need you to return your tickets in order to secure your refund.

The default choice on SeatPick, on any event page, is that when selecting for more than one ticket, you will be seated together unless marked by the ticket provider.

Tickets that were purchased from a single listing will be seated next to each other unless specifically stated during the checkout.

The “face value” of the ticket is the original price that was set by the primary vendor, organizer, or team of the event.

The prices of tickets on the secondary market are demand-driven, as a result, prices may be higher or lower than the face value.

The best option for buying tickets close to an event is to make sure they are e-tickets. This should allow you to show them at the stadium on your phone.

Where possible tickets listed for football matches on SeatPick are marked for whether the seats are with the home or away team.

If you are looking to sit with the visiting team, you must buy tickets listed as - "AWAY" tickets.

You can use the filter above the map - the "Away" tab - to show you all the options available for tickets that are suitable for away fans.

When you visit an event page, select however many tickets you're looking for and ensure you toggle the 'seated together' button to see tickets that are exclusively next to each other.

If the section/specific location is not mentioned, then the exact section will be known at delivery (usually for general category tickets).

You are guaranteed to receive tickets within the category that you purchase.

The ticket guarantee means that in case there is an issue with your ticket - the seller will replace your ticket with an equivalent or better ticket.

Tickets purchased via Seatpick may display someone else's name, typically the individual who initially bought the ticket from the event box office (primary market). Even after being resold multiple times, the name on the ticket often remains the same.

There is no need to be concerned; the name on your ticket does not affect your admission to the event. The crucial piece of information for entry is the barcode, which will be scanned at the entrance.

If the listing from which you originally purchased tickets is still available, there is a possibility that by placing another order, the additional ticket you receive might be located next to the tickets you have already purchased.

Our ticket information is sourced directly from vendors and sellers. Occasionally, they may not specify seat numbers when listing their tickets, and our display is based on the information they provide.

Rest assured that all tickets within the same listing will be situated right next to each other unless specified otherwise in the ticket notes.

We strongly recommend verifying the club's policies and requirements before booking tickets, as they may have specific guidelines regarding age restrictions, pricing, or other considerations for children attending matches.

Accessible seating areas, designed for fans using wheelchairs or requiring special accommodations, are typically managed by the clubs or venues directly.

If a customer has specific accessibility needs, it is crucial to inform the platform or ticket seller in advance to explore available options and ensure a smooth experience.

All General Admission tickets give you access to any available seating or standing areas. There is no assigned seating.

The phrase “General Admission” will be found for concerts and festivals. If the ticket is listed as General Admission there are no seating plans for these events - you simply get access to the concert or festival.

VIP tickets come in all shapes and sizes. They can also differ depending on the stadium and whether you are heading to a concert or a sporting event.

At a concert, VIP tickets could include front-row tickets, an autograph from the artist, and a pre-show party.

For football matches, VIP tickets usually involve access to a hospitality lounge, pre-match food and drink plus it might also include the chance to meet a current or former player of the home team.

All the details mentioned above might be included and often are, but the specific details do need to be checked before purchasing.
