The 2023 Rugby World Cup is the tenth edition of the tournament and will take place in September and October 2023. The tournament kicks off with France vs New Zealand, a match that is of huge interest due to the respective size of the two Rugby Union superpowers.
England Rugby
The opening weekend of the tournament also sees the 2019 runner-up England take on Argentina, a match that will be of great interest to fans of the nation who will be looking to purchase tickets and hotel accommodation for all their matches, which will be dictated by whether they finish top of their pool or in a runner up pool position.
Scotland and Wales
Fans of Scotland will be very keen to get their hands on tickets for their opener against South Africa, which takes place in Marseille, whereas Wales start with an easier clash against Fiji in Bordeaux.
Ireland Face Tough Group
Andy Farrell's Ireland face two mammoth clashes against South Africa and Scotland, and there will be an epic fight between the three nations as they seek to take the two spots that will secure passage to the knockout phase.
Rugby World Cup 2023 How it Works
There are four groups of five teams from the outset, and the teams that finish in the top two places will secure a place in the quarter-final stage, which is scheduled for October 14th and 15th.
The Semi-finals then take place on the 20th and 21st of October and the final on the 28th of October, with the perfunctory Bronze final being played on the 27th of October.
The organizers of the World Cup have cleverly scheduled matches for Wednesday to Sunday to maximize attendance, and each city will see double-header weekends to help really build up the atmosphere across the country.

Rugby World Cup 2023 - Who Will Win?
Having won the Six Nations in impressive fashion, Fabien Galthie's France are the major favourites to lift the Rugby World Cup trophy at the Stade de France.
