Senior Product Manager:

As the Senior Product Manager at SeatPick, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our ticket discovery and purchasing platform. You'll be responsible for developing and improving our product to ensure an exceptional user experience for millions of live event-goers all over the world.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead product development, work closely with cross-functional teams, and be at the forefront of SeatPick's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies aligned with SeatPick's mission.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features and improvements.
  • Conduct market research and analyze user data to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on business impact and user needs.
  • Develop detailed product requirements and user stories, strong UX/UI sense is a plus.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to improve the product continuously.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through product innovations.
  • Optimize conversion rates, and user flows throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2C tech environment.
  • Strong UX/UI design skills with a portfolio demonstrating user-centred design abilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer-facing products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and A/B testing methodologies and tools.
  • Deep understanding of user behaviour and consumer psychology in digital products.
  • Experience with growth hacking techniques and user acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with the event ticketing industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
