As of Marketing at SeatPick, you'll lead our marketing strategy and execution, driving growth and brand presence. Working directly with the CEO, you'll manage substantial marketing budgets and leverage data from millions of users.
We're seeking a hands-on leader with deep expertise in both paid and organic marketing strategies, particularly in competitive B2C environments like gaming, e-commerce, and marketing product-led products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels
- Lead hands-on implementation of paid and organic marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize multi-million dollar marketing budgets
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention at scale
- Analyze market trends and user data to inform strategic decisions
- Oversee digital marketing, content, SEO, and social media strategies
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to align marketing with company goals
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Report on marketing performance and ROI to executive leadership
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in senior marketing roles in competitive B2C tech environments
- Proven track record managing large budgets and driving significant growth
- Deep expertise in paid digital marketing (SEM, social, display) and organic strategies (SEO, content marketing)
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mix Panel)
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with C-level executives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
