We’re now seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our consumer-facing apps, shaping delightful user experiences and driving innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with SeatPick’s mission and long-term goals
Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies to disrupt the global ticketing industry
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, content, and business teams to deliver world-class products
Use data, user feedback, and market research to identify opportunities and guide product decisions
Create and prioritize detailed product requirements, specifications, and prototypes focused on engagement and growth
Experiment with new features to improve UX, increase engagement, and expand product offerings
Work alongside designers and engineers to develop intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments

You’re a Fit If You Have:

3+ years as a Product Manager in a successful startup, ideally with experience in consumer-facing apps or B2C products
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products
Strong understanding of the consumer psyche and the ability to translate insights into product decisions
Passion for creating delightful user experiences and solving problems creatively
Deep understanding of UX principles and consumer-facing product design
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making and strong product performance analysis skills
Experience translating business objectives into technical requirements for engineering teams
Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and project management methodologies
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Location:

This is a hybrid role based in our brand new HQ at the heart of Tel Aviv, with 4 days a week at our office (Hahashmonaim Street) and 1 day WFH.
