Westlife Tour Dates

Westlife have been touring pretty much consistently as a headlining act since 2000, and their shows are known to be spectacular. Be that due to the huge catalogue of great songs they perform or the production values or, indeed, the dance moves pulled off by the group, that is why they consistently sell out any venue they arrive to perform.

Westlife shows are an amazing experience, and clearly, a great deal of nostalgia is at play. Fans who have loyally followed the group since the early 2000s are, of course, keen to see the band perform their classics but the group also have a new generation of fans who also can't wait to see a Westlife event for the first time.

If you want to be among the lucky fans to catch a date on the upcoming Westlife concert tour and have waited a long time to see Nicky, Kian, Mark, and Shane work their magic, SeatPick is here to make sure you don't miss out.

Westlife History

Westlife were formed in 1997 when Kian Egan, Mark Feehily, and Shane Filan joined three others to become Six as One. Legendary manager Louis Walsh then came along and tidied up the act and brought in Nicky Byrne and Brian McFadden to complete the classic Westlife lineup in 1998.

In 1999, Westlife released their self-titled debut album, which proved an instant success, reaching number two on the UK Album charts and selling over six million copies worldwide. The album spawned five UK number-one singles, including Swear It Again If I Let You Go, Flying Without Wings, I Have a Dream and Fool Again.

The follow-up album Coast to Coast was another huge success, selling seven million copies and once again topping the UK charts, as did their third studio album, World of Our Own, in 2001. In 2000, they aided their push to become a huge success in the United States by teaming up with Mariah Carey on Against All Odds, which was yet another UK number-one single.

Turnaround (2003), Allow Us to Be Frank (2004), Face to Face (2005) and The Love Album (2006) all proved to be huge sellers and cemented Westlife's position at the top of the pop standings. Brian McFadden left the band in 2004 to pursue a solo career.

Their 2006 single release, The Rose, made it 13 number one UK singles as a lead artist for Westlife, making them one of the most successful musical acts ever. In 2012, the band split, and their final back-to-back concerts at Dublin's Croke Park saw over 180,000 fans attend.

In 2018, the band returned, having signed with Universal Music Group, and their comeback single, Hello My Love, sold well, and the album it featured on, Spectrum, once again went to number one on the UK Albums chart.

In 2021, the band released their twelfth studio album, Wild Dreams, which included contributions from a number of big stars, including Ed Sheeran, who co-wrote their single My Hero. The band are now firmly on the road on their Wild Dreams Tour, offering fans another great chance to see the Irish boyband once again do what they do best.
