New York is easiest from the UK: multiple daily non-stop flights from London to JFK/Newark (and others). From regional UK airports you’ll typically connect. Prices and availability tighten quickly once schedules are confirmed.

From Boston, the simplest move is Amtrak to NY Penn Station (about 3.5–4 hours). Buses are cheaper, slower. To MetLife: use NJ Transit via Penn Station → Secaucus, then the Meadowlands connection/service to the stadium area. Expect 45–60 minutes total and big crowds.
