It has been a manic couple of weeks for the vast amount of Oasis fans clamouring to see their heroes back together for the first time since 2009.
At the end of August, in what was a surprise to almost everyone, Oasis announced a Reunion Tour starting in Cardiff next July 2025.
The initial dates included a total of 17 performances across the UK. In Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, Manchester’s Heaton Park, London’s Wembley Stadium, Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium and Dublin’s Croke Park, to see the Gallagher brothers Noel and Liam back together again.
Oasis add two extra dates at Wembley
The demand was so great – and also controversial due to the manic demand and high prices – that on Friday, Oasis released more tickets for two shows at Wembley Stadium in September 2025.
Last week, Oasis announced an exclusive ballot for two performances at Wembley on September 27 & 28, 2025.
This ballot was “strictly limited” to avoid excessive queues which plagued the initial sale of Oasis tickets on Saturday, August 31.
Successful fans would have been contacted this morning – Friday, September 13, 2024 – by 21:00 UK time. These lucky few will receive a ballot pre-sale entry code to buy tickets to the two Wembley events.
While this code does not guarantee a ticket, it offers a chance to purchase one on a first-come, first-served basis.
It seems very likely that even with 16 performances in the UK next summer and a probable North American tour planned, there will still be many Oasis fans without tickets, desperately looking for how to get their hands on them.
