Eagle-eyed fans watching Tottenham and Crystal Palace on Saturday evening will have noticed the hoardings advertising U2's two appearances at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this coming summer.
Spurs can afford players like Sandro Tonali and Matheus Fernandes thanks to the slew of concerts and NFL games that take place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Fans of U2 get to see Bono and co. light up one of the best stadiums in the world on June 18 and 19, 2027.
These are the only two U2 nights planned in London, with Amsterdam and Berlin concerts surrounding the Tottenham appearances.

There are four separate presales for the London shows this week, and each one opens at 10am. If you missed the U2.com subscriber windows, the Visa and album presales on Wednesday are the next chance.
The album presale is tied to Carnaval de Luz, the band's 16th studio album, which is due on November 16.

Official London prices are still to be confirmed. Time Out has reported fan figures from the European dates of roughly £70 to £168 for seats and £150 to £450 for standing, depending on how close to the stage you are.
On the resale side, both Tottenham nights start from £260 on SeatPick. The average listing is £672 for the Friday and £685 for the Saturday, so the weekend show carries only a small premium.

U2 Tottenham Tickets vs the Rest of the European Tour
The European leg runs from Stockholm in April to Milan in July, with Wolf Alice supporting on every UK and European date. For the London band, the Tottenham nights are a homecoming of sorts.

Tottenham sits right in the middle of the pack. The shows either side of London, in Amsterdam from £252 and Berlin from £259, are within a few pounds of it, so there's no real saving in travelling for those.
Paris is the exception. Both nights at the Stade de France start from £216, which is £44 less than Tottenham and only a Eurostar away for London fans.
Look past the cheapest seat, though, and London is better value than it first appears. The average Tottenham listing of around £680 is lower than Paris, Stockholm and Berlin, which all average between £774 and £795.
Only Amsterdam is cheaper on average, at around £640 to £650.
The European leg opens in Stockholm from £420, with only Lisbon and Milan starting higher. Lisbon is a single date at the Estádio da Luz and starts from £454.
The tour finishes at the San Siro in Milan, from £827 on the Monday and £1,102 on the Tuesday. Very few tickets are listed for those two closing nights so far, which explains a lot of that price.

U2 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium: Standing or Seated?
The pitch itself is standing only, with seats in the stands all around it. The reported European prices put the standing area nearest the stage at the top of the price range.
The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium seating plan shows how the lower, middle and upper tiers sit around the pitch.
The single-tier South Stand is the biggest in the country, at around 17,500 seats, and it is steep enough to keep you close to the action. Ticketmaster has published a seating plan for the U2 shows, so check which blocks are on sale before you buy.
Both shows have a 10.30pm curfew. That is worth knowing on the Friday if you are relying on the last train home.
Getting to U2 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
White Hart Lane station is the closest, on the Overground line from Liverpool Street. Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters on the Victoria line are both around a 25 minute walk.
Northumberland Park is another nearby rail option. There is no general parking at the stadium on event days, so public transport is the way to go.
