About U2 in Berlin Tickets 2026

Berlin has always made sense for U2’s more restless side: a city shaped by reinvention, history and music that asks large questions. For fans searching for U2 Berlin tickets, the appeal includes a catalogue that has repeatedly moved beyond conventional stadium rock, using politics, visual art and experimental production to complicate the obvious anthems.

Where has U2 played in Berlin before?

Metropol – A Berlin venue associated with U2’s earlier German concert history.

Deutschlandhalle – A historic Berlin arena connected with the band’s developing European live profile.

Waldbühne – An open-air Berlin amphitheatre where U2’s songs have met a distinctive outdoor setting.

Mercedes-Benz Arena – Now Uber Arena, a modern Berlin venue associated with U2’s arena-scale performances.

Olympiastadion – Berlin’s major stadium, providing a large-scale context for the band’s most ambitious productions.

Berlin’s venues map onto U2’s changing creative ambitions. Early rooms connect with the tense, politically alert band of the 1980s; the later arena and stadium settings belong to an act that made visual narrative and technological scale part of the music.

Who has supported U2 before?

Artists who have previously appeared on U2 bills include Söhne Mannheims, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Muse, The Killers, The Lumineers, Mumford & Sons, Kelis, Stereophonics, The Pretenders and B.B. King. The range is broad because U2’s own touring eras have been broad.

What songs might be on the U2 set-list

Berlin fans may be listening out for:

I Will Follow
New Year’s Day
Sunday Bloody Sunday
The Fly
Mysterious Ways
Zoo Station
One
City of Blinding Lights

Berlin provides an especially resonant setting for the Achtung Baby period. “Zoo Station” and “The Fly” carry a sense of disruption and reinvention, while “One” brings the emotional clarity beneath the experimentation. Earlier songs such as “New Year’s Day” and “Sunday Bloody Sunday” add the political urgency that has always run through U2’s work.
