South Korea World Cup History

The first time South Korea featured at the World Cup finals was in 1954, though it was a largely unsuccessful outing for the East Asian nation. The Koreans endured another four consecutive group-stage exits from 1986 through the 1998 editions, though their fate turned on home soil in 2002.
