Tyler Childers Tickets

Tyler Childers traded a Kentucky hill-country upbringing for a spot among country music's biggest outsiders, and he did it without ever sanding down his accent or his convictions.

Born in Lawrence County near the West Virginia border, he plays raw, story-driven country and bluegrass that has drawn comparisons to the outlaw records of the 1970s.

His fans treat his concerts as something close to a communal gathering, and his albums regularly top the country and folk charts.

What to Expect from a Tyler Childers Concert?

A Tyler Childers night is built around a roaring, road-tested band, a lot of fiddle and steel guitar, and a singer who sounds like he is telling you a story from the porch.

Songs shift between rowdy barroom stompers and slow, tender ballads, and the crowd often knows every verse by heart.

Childers speaks to the audience simply and directly, and he's known for caring about the people in the room as much as the music.

The atmosphere is friendly and loose, with plenty of dancing and singing along throughout the set.
