Legal issues followed that meant the band was disbanded between 2010 and 2014 but in 2015; Breaking Benjamin hit the top of the US charts with their fifth studio album, Dark Before the Dawn, which also went to the top of the charts in Canada. They also collected three number-one hits on the US Mainstream Rock charts, with Failure, Angels Fall and Never Again all hitting those heights.

Ember followed in 2018 and was another commercial success, cementing their standing in the hard-rock, post-grunge alternative metal scene.
