Electric Callboy Tickets

Electric Callboy turned a metalcore band into a full-blown rave, mixing breakdowns with Eurodance hooks, matching tracksuits, and a refusal to take themselves too seriously.

The six-piece from Castrop-Rauxel, Germany, spent their first decade as Eskimo Callboy before renaming themselves in 2022 out of respect for the Inuit and Yupik communities of Alaska.

Their chart-topping album Tekkno, nearly a billion streams, and a string of viral videos have taken them from German clubs to arenas around the world.

What to Expect from an Electric Callboy Concert?

Expect a party first and a metal gig second, with costumes, confetti, and choreographed moves that the crowd tends to copy.

Kevin Ratajczak's screams and Nico Sallach's soaring clean vocals trade off in songs that jump between crushing breakdowns and trance-style synth drops.

The humor is part of the appeal, with shiny outfits and over-the-top visuals playing against heavy guitars.

Mosh pits and dance circles tend to open up side by side, which makes for one of the more unusual crowds in modern heavy music.

Electric Callboy's Biography

The band formed in 2010 in Castrop-Rauxel as Eskimo Callboy, with guitarists Daniel "Danskimo" Haniß and Pascal Schillo, bassist Daniel Klossek, and Kevin Ratajczak on screams and keyboards.

Drummer David-Karl Friedrich joined in 2012, and the group built a following in Germany and Austria with their 2014 album, We Are the Mess.

When original clean vocalist Sebastian "Sushi" Biesler left in 2020, Nico Sallach, formerly of To the Rats and Wolves, stepped in as the new singer.

The band announced the name change to Electric Callboy in March 2022, and later that year applied to represent Germany at Eurovision with "Pump It," though they were not selected.

Their sixth album, Tekkno, went gold and topped the charts, and its follow-up, Tanzneid, became a number-one album in 2026.

Electric Callboy's Albums & Projects

The band also launched the TEKKNO Movie, which played in more than 100 theaters worldwide, and hosts its own sold-out Escalation Fest each year.
