Bryan Adams released his debut solo album in 1980, but it was his fourth release, Reckless, that saw him become a true mainstream success.

That album topped the US Billboard charts and sold over 12 million copies. The album spawned a succession of hit singles, including Run to You, Somebody, Heaven and the fan anthem, Summer of '69.

1991's Waking Up the Neighbours took his career up another notch, selling over 16 million copies worldwide. That album includes Bryan Adams's most famous track to date, (Everything I Do) I Do It for You, which was a true global phenomenon.

It spent 16 weeks at the top of the UK Charts and sold over four million copies in the US. It was featured in the film Robin Hood and earned Bryan Adams an Academy Award nomination.

Further hits came in the form of All for Love (with Rod Stewart and Sting), Have You Ever Really Love a Woman. In 1998 he teamed up with former Spice Girl Melanie C on one of his biggest hits, When You're Gone and in 2022 he released his fifteenth studio album, So Happy It Hurts, which proved a moderate success and earned glowing reviews and led to another sell out tour.

He is as prolific as ever, with four new studio albums being released in 2022, and in 2023 another compilation album was released; such is his enduring popularity.

Over the course of a career that has seen Bryan Adams perform at his peak for the best part of forty years, the superstar talent has sold 100 million records and won numerous awards.
