Crystal Palace secured a winners medal and first major trophy, with an FA Cup victory at Wembley Stadium over Manchester City in May 2025. The Eagles have certainly raised a few eyebrows with their performances at moments in the competition, which has given the capacity crowd of 25,486 at Selhurst Park an additional incentive to get behind their team whenever they play a match at home in the tournament.

The stand-out achievement for Crystal Palace in the FA Cup was winning the trophy in 2025. A goal from Eberechi Eze did the damage against Manchester City. The south London side had beaten the likes of Fulham and Aston Villa to reach the final against Pep Guardiola's Manchester City.
The 1989/90 and 2015/16 FA Cup campaigns saw the Eagles fly to the final, however they would be beaten by Manchester United on both occasions at both versions of the Wembley Stadium - the original in 1990 and the new one in 2016.
