Group A

Hosts Germany are already through to the Round of 16 and will top their group provided they avoid defeat to Switzerland at the Frankfurt Arena.

Group B

In Group B, Spain are certain to finish top while Croatia & Italy are set to battle it out for 2nd place.

Group C

This group has delivered the least goals up until this point, with none of the four teams scoring more than once in a single game.

As it stands England are in pole position to top Group C, and the Three Lions can wrap it up by beating Slovenia on Tuesday.

Group D

Netherlands and France are deadlocked on 4 points following their goalless draw at the Olympiastadion. The pair are next up against Austria and Poland, respectively, and goal difference may decide who finishes top of this group.
