Where Have Oasis Played in Knebworth Before?

Knebworth Park is woven into Oasis history, and Oasis Knebworth tickets instantly call back to the era-defining 1996 shows that drew hundreds of thousands of fans. Those landmark concerts turned the stately home grounds into a sprawling festival site that has since become part of the band’s legend.

• Knebworth Park – The country estate in Hertfordshire whose rolling fields and temporary stage setup hosted two huge nights in August 1996, later immortalised on film and live albums.
• Main arena field – The vast standing area in front of the stage where fans packed in shoulder to shoulder, creating the sea of people seen in classic Knebworth footage.
• Surrounding viewing areas – Raised sections and gentle slopes around the main field that offered wider sightlines of the stage, screens and the crowd stretching back towards the house.

Who Has Supported Oasis in Knebworth Before?

The original Knebworth weekend brought together a line-up of British guitar bands that matched Oasis’s moment. Across the two days, support slots featured acts like The Charlatans, Manic Street Preachers, Cast and Kula Shaker, whose sets helped build the atmosphere before Oasis took over the park each night.

What Songs Will Be on the Oasis Set List?

At an Oasis show built around that Knebworth era, you can usually expect a set that leans heavily on big choruses and Britpop anthems. The night often moves between swaggering rock tunes and mass sing-alongs that defined the band’s mid-’90s peak.

• "Wonderwall"
• "Don’t Look Back in Anger"
• "Champagne Supernova"
• "Live Forever"
• "Supersonic"
• "Some Might Say"
• "Morning Glory"

Those staples are typically joined by other favourites like "Cigarettes & Alcohol", "Acquiesce" or "Roll With It", giving an Oasis Knebworth set the feel of a greatest-hits gathering built for huge crowds.

When you are ready to plan a trip to the park, SeatPick lets you compare Oasis tickets at Knebworth by price tier and viewing zone, so you can choose between being deep in the crowd or set a little further back with a wider angle.

With the name Knebworth carrying so much history for Oasis fans, securing the right spot early is the best way to shape your Oasis show experience in a way that matches the scale of the setting.
