The Vaccines Tickets

A debut album titled like a challenge, What Did You Expect from The Vaccines?, went on to become the biggest-selling debut by any band in 2011.

The London indie band has kept up that early momentum with an unbroken run of top-five albums, building a reputation for short, fast, hook-heavy songs that rarely outstay their welcome.

If "If You Wanna" has been in your head since the early 2010s, a live set shows how much sharper the band has become.

Why Buy The Vaccines Tickets on SeatPick?

The Vaccines move between sweaty club rooms, anniversary theatre runs, and arena support slots, so the same ticket price can mean very different things from one night to the next.

• Every listing is verified before it appears, which cuts the guesswork about what you're buying
• Set a price alert and get told when a Vaccines show near you drops in cost
• The full price is shown up front, with no fees tacked on at the end

What to Expect from a The Vaccines Concert?

A Vaccines show is built around speed, with songs that often run under three minutes and rarely pause between each other.

Justin Young leads with a slightly sneering, soulful delivery, while the guitars chug and chime behind him in a way that owes as much to the Ramones as to British indie.

Their sixth album ran just over half an hour across ten songs, and the live set has a similar lean, driving pace.

The crowd tends to jump in from the first chorus, with older fans shouting the early singles and newer converts picking up the later material.

The Vaccines' Biography

The Vaccines formed in London in 2010, with Justin Young on vocals and guitar, alongside Árni Árnason on bass, and later Timothy Lanham on guitars and keys and Yoann Intonti on drums.

Justin Young, born in Southampton in 1987, started his teenage years playing in groups including an alt-country band and a hardcore punk outfit before launching this one.

Their 2011 debut reached number four in the UK, went platinum, and set off a run of top-five albums that continues today.

Early success came with its own strain: Young underwent a series of throat operations in 2011, forcing the band to postpone tours.

Original guitarist Freddie Cowan and drummer Pete Robertson both left in later years, and the band has continued as a four-piece.

The Vaccines' Albums & Projects

After What Did You Expect from The Vaccines? in 2011, the band followed with Come of Age in 2012 and English Graffiti in 2015, a more polished record produced with outside collaborators.

Combat Sports arrived in 2018, which also marked keyboardist Lanham's debut with the band, and Back in Love City followed in 2021, reaching number five in the UK.

Their sixth album, Pick-Up Full of Pink Carnations, came out in 2024 and reached number three in the UK and number one in Scotland.

Most Popular The Vaccines Songs and Setlist Selections

"If You Wanna," "Post Break-Up Sex," and "Wreckin' Bar (Ra Ra Ra)" remain the songs most fans are waiting to hear.

Debut-era favorites like "Norgaard" and "Teenage Icon" also feature regularly, alongside newer cuts from their most recent records.

Previous The Vaccines Tours and Festival Appearances

The band marked their debut album's 15th anniversary with a UK tour playing it in full each night, ending at London's O2 Academy Brixton.

They've also taken big support slots, including time on the road with Kings of Leon, and shared a North American tour with The Kooks.

UK festivals have long been part of their identity, a point Young has made himself when comparing them to the more sanitised US festival circuit.
