The tour marks and celebrates the tenth anniversary of the release of the band's hugely successful debut album and sees the group play a range of huge dates, the biggest of which are their shows at the O2 Apollo in Manchester, the O2 Academy in Leeds, the York Barbican, the O2 City Hall in Newcastle and the Eventim Apollo in London, where an extra London date has been announced.

The Vamps History

The Vamps were formed in 2012 when James McVey and Bradley Simpson began writing songs and working together. Tristan Evans joined via Facebook, and Connor Ball came on board via mutual friends, and the group started to make a splash by posting videos on their YouTube channel.

The group's debut single, Can We Dance, was released in 2014. It rose to number two on the UK Singles Chart and performed well across Europe, Japan, and New Zealand. The band's first album, Meet the Vamps, proved a roaring success. The record went to number two in the UK and also charted well on the US Billboard 200.

The Vamps played a series of strong support slots which helped to boost exposure. These include stints as the opening act for Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, and The Wanted.

The album includes fan favourites Wild Heart, Las Night, Somebody to You (featuring Demi Lovato) and Oh Cecilia (with Shawn Mendes).

In 2015, The Vamps signed the New Hope Club to their Steady Records label, and the group supported them on their tour dates. The band's second album, Wake Up, was released the same year and was followed by their first-ever UK number-one album.

Night & Day (Night Edition) was released in 2017 and was a chart topper in the UK and did well worldwide. Singles from the album include All Night (with Matoma), Middle of the Night (with Martin Jensen), and Hands (with Mike Perry and Sabrina Carpenter).

Night & Day (Day Edition) followed in 2018, and in 2020, The Vamps once again topped the UK Charts with their fifth studio album, Cherry Blossom. Successful singles from that album include Married in Vegas, Chemicals and Better. Seat at the Table, a non-album single, followed in 2022.
