Austria vs Slovakia UEFA Euros Tournament Record

Many pundits believe, perhaps rightly, that the UEFA European Championships is a far tougher tournament than the FIFA World Cup, and if you compare Austria’s relative records in the two competitions, you may well find yourself in agreement.

In Lille, Germany eased to victory over Slovakia, with Jerome Boateng, Mario Gomez, and Julian Draxler scoring to complete a comfortable 3-0 win in Lille.

At Euro 2020, Slovakia failed to get out of their group, despite winning their first game against Poland.
