Arsenal vs. Burnley Head to Head

Burnley pulled off a narrow win over Arsenal in December 2020 in a game that, unsurprisingly, kicked off in terms of niggling challenges and strong tackles.

Swiss midfield general Granit Xhaka was sent off just before the hour mark, and in the 73rd minute, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored an own goal to hand the away side a well-earned victory.

The first Premier League fixture at the Emirates Stadium between these teams finished 3-1 in March 2010. Cesc Fabregas handed Arsene Wenger’s side the lead only for Dave Nugent to level five minutes after the break.
