Return After Lengthy Absence

It took another 24 years before the Scots returned to the finals, doing so in the delayed Euro 2020 tournament.

Though they did secure a draw with England at Wembley Stadium, they lost to both the Czech Republic and Croatia, and subsequently finished bottom of Group D.
